Boulder Elopement Photographer | Lost Gulch Elopement | Forrest + Monica

Ben and I had the absolute pleasure of doing photo + video for this absolutely perfect Boulder Elopement at Lost Gulch. Monica, Forrest and their sweet son Maddox.

This sweet little family hopped on a plane from Texas to seal their love story with vows on top of the world in Boulder,Co.

We started the afternoon at their hotel suite at the St. Julien in downtown Boulder. They got ready next door to each other, listening to music and sharing moments with Maddox as Monica finished up hair and makeup and Forrest decided which knot he’d go with for his tie. The boys finished up on the balcony overlooking Pearl St. and finished off their look with matching “Mommy Socks”, which they had custom made with Monica’s face printed on them!

Before heading out for the ceremony, we set up the perfect spot for Forrest and Monica to have a first look on the St. Julien courtyard. It was an incredibly sweet moment, even little Maddox showed us all how excited he was for this special day!

The drive up to Lost Gulch is a quick, windy one. We had phenomenal weather and these three were excited for some pre-ceremony rock scrambling out to their ceremony spot on the overlook.

The officiant, held a quick and sentimental ceremony overlooking the Foothills of the Rockies, filled with laughs and made things official with Maddox signing their marriage license as a witness. I cant even handle how precious this was.
